- Brief overview of the Villas of Loiret Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Assessments and Easements.
- Discussion of the roles and responsibilities of Board members and Officers as outlined in the Kansas Uniform Common Interest Owners Bill of Rights Act.
- Open forum for homeowner questions and comments.
- Nomination and election of Board of Directors.
- Nomination and election of Officers.
- Approve a budget.
